I wanted to give you some feedback from our guests and cadets. The quality of the menu was mentioned most often. They really loved the stuffed chicken! All of our cadets gave you "two thumbs up" raving about the chocolate cake! The set-up, serving, and clean-up went perfectly. Our special guests think we are a class act thanks to you! First I must apologize for the delay in this e-mail. Many times I've thought of contacting you, but I haven't seemed to find the time.

I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did for my grandfather and company on New Year's Eve. You did everything you promised, Christopher, and it was truly an evening to remember. There isn't a whole lot to give a 95 year old, but this one topped his list. He called me twice to thank me, and he raved on and on about the food. The filet mignon was PERFECT, and every dish was beautiful and delicious. My daughters still talk about not only the food, but how they were served and treated.

You made that evening very special for all the kids.

I've given your name to many friends, I only hope you don't' get so busy I have to wait in line! Thank you both again for such a professional, memorable evening.

Christopher & Jessica, Almost all our family from the south have departed and I don't want another day to pass without telling you what an awesome job you did for Jessica and Eric's wedding reception. I've heard so many wonderful compliments on the food... wonderful... wonderful.... be sure you get some business cards & brochures to me. I've already had one fellow tell me he wants get your info from me when his daughter decides to marry.

Christopher...you did exactly what you promised...you took all that stress away from me and created a beautiful and delicious food display in the process. People enjoyed all the food choices, especially liked the hot chocolate with peppermint sprinkles...great idea! I was so tired and out of it from all the last minute wedding prep...it was such a relief to just hand the reins over to you for the wedding reception...Jessica truly had her dream wedding, thanks to the two of you. The servers were excellent. You have a great team.

When I've told people about you I've especially stressed what a pleasure it is to work with you. The incredible food is only part of the package. The special attention to the tiniest of details, your extra efforts ( thanks for all the additional touches..the red linen napkins...the silver-rimmed dishes..the silver serving pieces...your artistic flair was evident...what a perfect display for a Christmas wedding). I look forward to working with you again in the near future. I'm not sure the Women's group event I'd wanted to plan will happen before Christmas, but I want to schedule a couple's dinner for January or February...I should be able to get a firm date for you within the next few weeks.

Hope you're settling into your new home...I'm also thinking about an overnight stay sometime this winter or spring for myself and four of the wedding helpers...they deserve a special treat. Can't wait to visit Angelica's Mansion...can't wait to entertain our friends there!

Last December I attended a reception for the Spokane Guild School. It was here that I met the Culinaria team and knew I had to have them for my upcoming event. The Culinaria team of Christopher Reader and his wife Jessica catered my mother's retirement party in june of 2004. It was everything I imagined it to be and more. The food was fabulous and my guests were treated to a captivating array of tastes.

What impressed me most were several things. First, Christopher and Jessica took the time to listen to my mom's story and understand why this was such a special night for her. Then they figured out how to create an evening that would top off 29 years of teaching. They spent time in my home listening to what I envisioned and help make that idea a reality. Secondly, when it came time for the party I hardly lifted a finger. They just made it happen. With their help, I turned my back yard into a beautiful area to host a party. The people they hired to serve for the party were classy and professional. And best of all, my kitchen was spotless when they left! And last but not least the people at the party raved about the evening, and were especially impressed by the food and the jazz band. Not only was the presentation of food beautiful but it exceeded all expectations of deliciousness! ( I heartily recommend the Proscuitto and Parmesan Stuffed Chicken with Brie Coat).

As I look back to the summer it is this event that stands out most. My
mother was delighted with her evening. It was quite simply, perfect.

Culinaria is as professional as their meal is exquisite!  We hired them to cater our Christmas Party and was thrilled with their service.  Christopher oozes his passion for designing and creating gourmet meals; using local, seasonal, fresh ingredients with presentation  being foremost.  Culinaria doesn't have 'package' menus.  From the butlered appetizers to dessert, each item was selected to suit our groups taste.  Jessica conquered every detail with eloquence.  The atmosphere, table settings and decorations were perfect.  Her staff was nearly invisible; they worked quietly with smiles and everyone there enjoyed personal service. I would highly recommend Culinaria for an event  of any size. I was overwhelmed with the quality of food and service and Christopher and Jessica are truly a delight to work with.

We invited friends into our house for a special night of gourmet eating and cooking instruction. Not knowing what to expect or how our friends would react to an interactive evening caused some apprehension. Our concerns were totally unwarranted. Christopher met with us prior to the evening to select an appropriate menu from appetizers through dessert. Wine suggestions were provided by his wife and complimented the meal perfectly. The evening was a tremendous success. Not only was the instruction fun and easy to follow, but we were treated to an outstanding meal. We would highly recommend this type of venue to anyone wanting to have a great meal in a relaxed and fun evening.
