Mike Peirone has more than 14 years of culinary experience. Mike brings a variety of culinary skills in various cuisines to the table. He comes from an Italian family who loved to cook and passed that love along to him. Mike grew up celebrating the holidays with family gatherings featuring such dishes as calamari and homemade ravioli. It seemed only natural that he would choose cooking as a career.
Mike refined his culinary skills in the kitchens of some of Spokane’s finest restaurants such as the Spokane Club, Cucina Cucina and Clinkerdagger. Culinaria Catering represents the opportunity for Mike to be creative with his skills and provide the best culinary experience possible to his customers.
